Subscription Terms
Soulyn offers two premium subscription tiers — Sister+ and Circle Gold — both billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and govern all subscription-related matters.
Subscription Tiers
Sister+
Sister+ unlocks unlimited daily matches, full natal chart features (Houses & Aspects), weekly horoscope, AI soul readings, voice notes, full tarot with AI interpretation, incognito browsing, and advanced match filters.
Circle Gold
Circle Gold includes everything in Sister+, plus monthly horoscope, synastry and compatibility charts, priority matching, safe mode, screenshot alerts, and priority community support.
Free Tier
Soulyn is free to join. Free users have access to daily horoscope, up to 5 matches per day, 1 Soul Circle, and basic profile features.
Billing
- All subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account using Apple's in-app purchase system
- Soulyn does not directly collect, store, or process your payment information
- Subscriptions are available in monthly and yearly billing periods
- Payment is charged at the time of purchase confirmation
- Yearly subscriptions are billed as a single annual payment
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price as your current subscription.
You will not receive a separate renewal reminder from Soulyn. Renewal charges appear on your Apple account.
Cancellation
Soulyn cannot cancel your subscription for you. All cancellations must be managed through Apple:
- On iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Soulyn
- Via Apple website: appleid.apple.com → Subscriptions
Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused time.
Refunds
Soulyn does not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Soulyn charge and request a refund
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's refund policies, not by Soulyn. We cannot influence or override Apple's refund decisions.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall Soulyn, switch devices, or your subscription is not reflected in the app, use the "Restore Purchases" option on the Subscription screen. This queries Apple's servers to verify your current subscription status.
If restore does not work, contact us at support@joinsoulyn.com with your Apple ID email and purchase details.
Feature Changes
Soulyn may add, modify, or remove features included in any subscription tier at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance. Feature changes do not entitle you to a refund.
During beta, features are subject to frequent change. See our Beta Agreement for details.
Price Changes
Subscription prices may change in the future. Apple will notify you of price changes for auto-renewing subscriptions before they take effect. Your continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Subscribing to Sister+ or Circle Gold does not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to: forming friendships, finding matches, receiving AI readings of any particular quality, or having any specific experience. Premium features enhance the app experience but do not guarantee results.
